Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it in with you. We’ll do the rest.
Yes, but we’re only open for estimates 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Absolutely. We generally order your vehicle’s parts at the time we schedule it for repair.
No. A vehicle is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company’s determined value of it. Most of today’s cars are built using unibody (frame and body as one) construction. Therefore our highly skilled technicians, with the aid of our state-of the-art computer measuring system, can return your vehicle to factory specifications.
Today’s factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of specialized paints. Yes. We provide a pickup and delivery service within a 5 mile radius of our location.
We can help make the necessary arrangements to have a rental car ready when you drop your vehicle off for repair. Your insurance provider will pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you’re the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage, and what your specific limitations are.
We maintain contact with you throughout the repair process, and you’ll be notified before noon on the day your vehicle is ready so you can make arrangements to get to our location before closing. Feel free to call or e-mail your advisor if you have questions or concerns.
Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. As long the vehicle stays titled in your name and has not been involved in any subsequent accidents, the work is guaranteed.
The amount of co-pay that you’re responsible for is determined by your insurance policy and the insurance companies’ determination of the liability. You should call your insurance agent if you aren’t sure about your co-pay.
You pay Northwest Auto Rebuild when you pick up your vehicle.
We accept cash, personal checks (run as EFT—electronic funds transfer), debit cards, credit cards, and/or the insurance company check issued to you.
In the first 30 days following repair:
Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Always use clean, fresh water, and wash your vehicle in the shade
DO NOT use a commercial car wash or stiff brushes or sponges that could mar the finish and damage the surface, and don’t dry-wipe your vehicle, as dry-wiping can scratch the finish.
DO NOT drive on gravel roads, as chipping the finish is easily done in the first 30 days, and avoid parking under trees and utility lines that are likely to attract birds. Bird droppings have a high acid content and will damage a freshly painted surface; and tree sap can mar or spot a freshly painted surface.
DO NOT spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, or windshield solvent on the new finish, and don’t scrape ice or snow from the newly painted surface – ever.
DO NOT wax or polish the vehicle for 90 DAYS before the finish cures completely.
